We are here to help you with any questions or issue you may have about our products. We insure integrity in everything we do and believe in taking care of our customers. As a cost saving measure, to keep our product prices reasonable, our Customer Care department utilizes an email feedback system. We make every possible effort to reply to email inquiries within 2 business days.
Standard Hours of Operation- 9am to 6pm Eastern Euro Time Monday-Friday
Hours may change during weeks of new product release, redemption fulfillment, holidays and other events.

Redemptions expire on 10/01/2012
Any and all programs/redemptions for 2011 Releases have expired as of Jan/1st/2012
All items that are in stock and redeemed or won through our various promotion programs are shipped out within (20) business days. Email us with any questions.
